We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our innovative restaurant and bar The Ridgway at Chipeta Lodge. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for the hospitality industry, and deep knowledge of food and beverage management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire bar operation, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic bar menu, including selection of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails, with a focus on innovation and quality.
- Train and supervise food servers and bar staff, promoting a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Implement effective inventory and cost control measures using XtraCHEF to manage supplies and reduce wastage.
- Utilize Toast POS system to streamline order processing and maintain accurate sales records.
- Plan and execute restaurant promotions and events to attract new patrons and enhance customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and patience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bar management role, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
- Proficient in using modern technology and software systems, including Toast POS and XtraCHEF.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a successful team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
